Justice Minister Toni Gogu met Montenegro’s Public Administration Minister Marash Dukaj in Podgorica to discuss digital public services, cybersecurity and the modernisation of public administration.

Gogu described the meeting as a friendly exchange, highlighting Dukaj’s special ties with Albania, where he studied. The talks also explored opportunities for closer cooperation and the exchange of experience in public administration.

Beyond administrative modernisation, Gogu praised Dukaj’s contribution to Montenegro and its European future. He also stressed the close ties between the two countries and their shared European perspective.
