The exhibition “My Albania” by the painter Helidon Haliti opens in the Presidential Seat

The exhibition “My Albania” by the well-known painter Helidon Haliti opened in the premises of the Presidental Seat.
The exhibition included 50 watercolor paintings of the Great Master, with landscapes from different parts of Albania.
President Begaj appreciated the dedication and work of the artists, stating that a society can never carry the basic values found in the heart of the human being, if it does not support and respect art or its creators.
President Begaj praised the artists as “the best ambassadors of Albania”.
He proposed the expansion of the map of art centers throughout Albania, not to be satisfied only with Tirana.
“The institution of the Presidency is open to exhibitions, but I would say that such exhibitions can also be held in other cities, because we should not only see Tirana as the main center of art, as other cities also deserve proper attention. The key to this exhibition with views from Albania, in a way, is not only the return of the professor to Motherland, but also the presentation of this patriotic art,” said Begaj.
Students of visual arts, artists, researchers and many personalities from the diplomatic corps and civil society participated in the opening of the exhibition.
