The “Pianodrom” International Festival, organized again this year for art lovers by the well-known composer Aleksandër Peçi, brings to Tirana the recital of one of the best pianists today, Pascal Gallet. The concert will be held on November 21 at the National Theater of Opera and Ballet.

It is about a recital with selected pieces, where the sonata “Tocco del Anima” by the composer Peçi, who wrote it especially for the said concert of the internationally famous pianist, is singled out.

Pascal Gallet comes to Tirana after a successful tour in Shanghai and other Chinese cities. The recital is expected to bring an emotional atmosphere to the repertoire itself, which is expected to be played by the pianist from France.

The pianist says that the sonata “Tocco del Anima” by the composer Peçi inspires him as an accomplished work. But, the concert will also have other works of elite and super-valued music of the metaphysics of the soul. Some authors that will be played are Liszt, Rachmaninov, Messiaen, Jolivet, Cosma, Bumki Kim.

This year’s Pianodrome foresees the performance of 16 world premiere sonatas.

Pianodrom comes to the public with activities spread over several dates to gather as many music lovers as possible and to be part of the holiday atmosphere. Pianodrom is regarded as a pole of culture and the biggest festival in Albania of the modernization of Albanian composition.
