This year, the November holidays will have a distinctive flavor as Albanians from across the Diaspora come together to participate in the traditional parade on November 28 in ‘Skënderbej’ Square in Tirana.

Prime Minister Edi Rama highlighted today some of the activities planned for the 111th anniversary of Independence.

Rama announced that alongside the traditional parade, a ‘Folk Fest’ concert is scheduled for November 28, featuring the participation of Albanian groups from Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Arbëreshët.

For the first time, the ‘Parade of Albanians’ is coming to the Albanian capital. After 15 years of organization in New York, the Parade returns to its roots in Albania. The event is scheduled for November 28 in cooperation with ‘Albanian Roots’.
