Concert of the Symphony Orchestra, Tole: A special evening for the public

The RTSH Symphony Orchestra will perform this Friday at 19:00, in its next concert under the direction of the conductor Gridi Kraja and the interpretation of the talented Albanian soloist, violinist Laura Llozi.
Composer Vasil Tole and conductor Gridi Kraja, invited to the studio of “Good Morning Albania”, have given details about the concert that will be held this Friday at the Cultural Center of the Orthodox Cathedral.
Tole said that what is expected during the premieres is the relationship between the audience and the orchestra, creating emotional vibes.
Tole expressed his belief that through the work of the RTSH Symphony Orchestra, the performance of violinist Laura Llozi and under the direction of Gridi Kraja, the public will have the opportunity to experience extraordinary emotions.
“Part of this national and European music scene are traditional Albanian musical works and new works too. This time it was the occasion for a concert like this to be premiered with the performance an exceptional violinist, Laura, who I believe, will be the future. The attention of premiere works should be seen in two aspects: as other arts need to express themselves, that goes for the music too.
Music has its own language of expression and it would be meaningless if today’s movies did not have a soundtrack, i.e. what are thoughts and what language do composers use to describe our co-nationality.
The instrumental concert as a very important genre of music that combines the relationship of the individual with the orchestra is one of the most interesting findings of the classical music culture that Albania and the composers have cultivated and it is a pleasure to have such a concert.
The concert is recorded live and what is expected is specialized criticism and the public, with the idea of understanding whether these works marked a higher stage,” said Tole.
For his part, Kraja did not hide his pride in conducting the orchestra. He said that for today’s concert, a lot of rehearsals were done, including the dress rehearsal, as he emphasized, “is a test that will determine the progress of the concert”.
“Since I have been here for a long time, I have a thread of pride inside me. It is a privilege to be the conductor of such an orchestra.
For today, I am convinced that it will be a very good concert. We had 10 days, two weeks to prepare,” said Kraja.
The Concerto for violin and orchestra – premiere by composer Vasil Tole and “Symphony no. 2” by the composer Robert. Schumman are the two works that will be performed in this concert.
The concerto for violin and orchestra is permeated by a deeply national spirit where the beauty of the musical material and the virtuoso elaboration of the violin prevail.
