Gentian Koçi’s film ‘A Cup of Coffee and New Shoes Worn’ was featured at the Agimi Art Center as part of a Special Screening session during the Tirana International Film Festival.

After the screening, film enthusiasts had the opportunity to engage in a discussion with director Gentian Koçi and producer Blerina Hankollari. ‘A Cup of Coffee and Newly Worn Shoes,’ which financed from the National Center of Cinematography (NCC), has garnered numerous accolades and served as Albania’s Oscar submission just a year ago.

The film narrates the story of identical twin brothers confronted by a genetic disease that causes blindness, forcing them to make a life-altering decision over a cup of coffee.

The discussion between the audience and Gentian and Blerta at Kinema Agimi followed a series of masterclasses organized by TIFF in its 21st edition.
