“Mokra n’fest”, 6^th edition, the folk festival takes place for the 2nd consecutive year at “Ura e Golikut”, southeast of the country.

“Mokra n’Fest” is a celebration where history, tradition, customs, sports, hospitality are combined together. This edition has come with an innovation, with the development of the party for 2 days in a row, combining a series of days of activities and music.

“Mokra by night” held on August 18 came with a series of activities such as tourist guides to the Illyrian tombs, Stone Bridge, outdoor camping, karaoke, live music, and stargazing with a telescope too.

Culinary, documentary exhibition with historical facts and heritage reflected in folk costumes, these are some of the activities offered at Ura e Golikut, a natural monument of the first category, also aiming to promote these heritage assets.

Part of the celebration was a fair of products and traditional dishes of the area.

The celebration had no way of missing the performance by popular ensembles, under whose rhythms, the residents got together to dance and then enjoyed a concert with well-known names of modern and popular music.
