The MIK festival successfully closed its sixth edition, with “La notte italiana”, an unforgettable evening with the most beautiful repertoire of the Italian masters.

The Armed Forces Symphony Orchestra (FSO) was led by the brilliant master Elda Laro, while two international lyric stars performed: Desiré Rancantore and Giulio Pelligra.

The mayor of Korça, Sotiqar Filo, shared a photo album as well as impressions from this festival, which is the brainchild of soprano Inva Mula. Filo also announced the beginning of work on a major project.

“With last night’s atmosphere of the third night of the MIK Festival in the area of ​​the former fish tanks in Drenova, where with the support of the Albanian Development Fund we have just started the intervention for the construction of the largest area of ​​concerts and night life in Albania as part of our major South Pole project”, Sotiraq Filo writes on social networks.
