The district of Durrës including Kruja and the district of Korça including Korça, Devolli, Kolonja, Pogradeci have filled the stage of the National Folklore Festival of Gjirokastra.

Love songs, dances and ceremonies with wedding rites, the beauty of the bride, covering her with gifts, the adoration of the couple, were those moments of joy and lyricism of life that accompanied the Durrës region, but also the Kruja elders’ legacy, continued by the youngest.

In addition to saze and serenades, the Korça region also staged the unknown dance of Kapo Beu for the first time.

 The clarinetist of dozens of national award festivals, Zhani Struga, was also present at the festival, representing the region of Korça.
