The mosaic in question was cleaned by the company that is carrying out the reinforcement of the building works, after the damage caused by the earthquake 4 years ago.
The engineer of the project implementing company says that the best thing for this monument is to relocate it.
The mayor of Durrës, who visited the rare mosaic, supported the idea that the mosaic be moved to the city’s Archaeological Museum.
