The 10 finalists of the 2nd edition of Muza Contest are selected, an excellent opportunity for young men and women in the field of fashion design

The prestigious jury of Muza Competition has selected 10 finalists who will participate in the grand finale that will bring together all the Albanian-speaking regions in Tirana in June.
In the initial phase, 1,000 young people from Albania, Kosova, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia applied, who presented their collections in the field of fashion and design.
Executive Director of the Union of Albanian Municipalities in the Region, Andriola Kambo emphasized that this project is an excellent opportunity for all those young men and women to be promoted in the international market.
“In the meantime, we are also working on the Muza magazine, which is a new innovation, to give opportunities and to give a voice to these young fashion designers to have their own window and extend to the region and more widely in the international market. It is a great opportunity for them. We are implementing a successful model that happened in Milan, in France, and we are looking at how to use this in the tourism part and promote through an element of cultural heritage, in a given region,” said Kambo.
The well-known moderator, Rudina Magjistari said that this high participation is dew to the success of Muza Contest in the first year, where the finalists already have a successful continuation in the modeling field.
“It’s a really beautiful project which had an outstanding product in the first edition of Muza Contest. And the fact that all those winners from last year had a very successful follow-up, was very natural and that would bring a very wide participation in this second edition. It is this project organized by the Union of Albanian Municipalities in the Region, headed of course by the leader Andriola Kambo, supported by the Municipality of Tirana since the first edition. So it is a really serious project organized with a lot of dedication and which seems to be giving such results. Talented young people have been appreciated and I hope that this year we will have as many of them who will undoubtedly have an excellent path to their future in the field of fashion and design,” underlined Magjistari.
After the success, resonance and indescribable energy of the first edition, Muza Contest is in its second season.
Muza Contest is a project undertaken by the Union of Albanian Municipalities in the Region, which involves the activation of passionate and professional young people in the revival of ethnographic elements in the field of fashion design.
The grand finale will gather all Albanian-speaking lands in Tirana in June, where the 10 finalists will be able to display their collection in a grand spectacle which will also crown the grand winner.
