The delegation of the National Theater of Opera and Ballet was part of the “Forum for Human Resources”, in the “Teatro alla Scala” of Milan, as part of a European entity such as Opera Europe.

This forum served as an excellent opportunity to share ideas among colleagues from different theaters of Europe and to exchange ideas and unique experiences about the management of those who stand behind the theater.

Part of the delegation was the director of the Opera House, Abigeila Voshtina.

Such organizations help in the artistic growth of the country, developing a broader perspective and learning from the best practices in the field of art.
