Albania at ITB Berlin, Rama: record tourism numbers will continue to grow

During “Let’s talk” podcast, Prime Minister Edi Rama shared his weekly messages. He highlighted Albania’s participation in the world’s largest international tourism fair in Berlin, which celebrated its 60th anniversary this year.
He recalled that last year, Albania joined the fair as a featured country and served, in a way, as a co-host.
Rama said that from March 3 to 5, Albania returned to the fair as an authentic Mediterranean destination under the concept “Albania All Senses.” The presentation highlighted extraordinary nature, unique history, authentic experiences, and cultural heritage. He added that Albania is quickly becoming a key player in the tourism industry.
“With over 100,000 participants from 190 countries, the Berlin fair ranks among the world’s top tourism platforms,” Rama said. “Albania not only participated but also attracted significant interest this year. This sends a clear message: the next season will be even more successful. Despite efforts by skeptics and critics, as lawyer Ngjela once noted, Albania’s record numbers will continue to grow.”
