Albania will experience relatively stable weather conditions on Monday.

The Military Meteorological Service forecasts mostly clear skies. Light to moderate cloud cover will appear at times. Clouds may become more frequent over the eastern mountainous areas around midday and in the afternoon. Later in the day, skies will turn mostly clear again.

Isolated light rain showers will develop in the eastern mountains between midday and afternoon. These showers will remain weak and may include brief, isolated thunderstorms. The Western Lowlands will see only light and occasional rain, mostly in the form of light drops, except along the coast. Rain will stop after the afternoon.

Winds will come from the west at about 7 m/s. In coastal areas and valleys, wind speeds may briefly reach up to 12 m/s.

Sea conditions in the Adriatic and Ionian Seas will be slight, with waves at Beaufort force 1–2.
