Albania presented its latest progress during the 17th EU–Albania Subcommittee Meeting in Brussels. The meeting focused on transport, energy, environment and regional development.

During the meeting, Albanian representatives outlined steps taken to align national laws and standards with European Union rules. They highlighted progress in environmental protection, climate policies, transport and energy.

In addition, participants reviewed ongoing reforms across these sectors. They also discussed measures to strengthen institutions and improve policy implementation in line with EU standards.

Furthermore, the meeting reaffirmed Albania’s commitment to continuing reforms. As a result, the country aims to accelerate its path toward European Union membership and fulfill its accession obligations.
