Soon the Tirana Art Gallery (TAG) will open the solo exhibition of the painter Buron Kaceli, titled “The Back Room.” On its online page, TAG writes that the exhibition continues the curatorial concept of “How we were, how we are, how we feel – Alone, Together.”

The works selected by the painter for this exhibition come as an exploration of the phenomena of the city itself, its people, neighborhoods, communities, coexistence in the new reality in general, ranging from urban characteristics to its psycho-social transformation, all coordinated with a revisiting of cultural heritage and contemporary interpretations.

The Tirana Art Gallery aims for a sustainable program by creating its exhibitions and events in cohesion with the contemporary reality of Tirana.

“Buron Kaceli’s Back Room” follows several interesting exhibitions that resonated in the cultural life of Tirana, such as the exhibition of Japanese Dolls, “Ningyo & Once Upon a Time,” “Introspection” by artist Toni Milaqi, and most recently, the photographic exhibition “Lana-Tirana, Before-After Albania” by photographer Roland Tasho.
