On March 21, 1880, the most active elements of the League of Prizren, Sulejman Vokshi, Ahmet Konica, Ali Ibra, Haxhi Isufi, created the new League of Prizren in Gjakova, which sought the unification of Albanians regardless of religion in the fight for the protection of the entire forest lands.

 On March 21, 1933, Odhise Grillo, a well-known writer of children’s works, was born in Vuno in Himara. Grillo studied language-literature and journalism at the University of Tirana in 1962. After finishing his studies, he worked as an editor in the magazine “Hosteni” (he was only 17 years old). , to continue further at the Central House of Popular Creativity, where he was the head of the magazines “Bota e zasalve” and “Popular Culture” and until he retired he worked at the Naim Frasheri publishing house, first as an editor, and then as a chief editor of children’s literature. He published his first book of poems in 1954, titled “Seven Colors”. He was born to write children’s literature, being a literal creator of it and devoted his whole life to it, with the talent, passion and creative skills he possessed. Adapted for children “Historia e Skenderbeu”, based on the work of Naim Frashëri, this work by Grillo enters the fund of the best books of the last decade. Odhise Grillo died on September 24, 2003.

 It was on March 21, 2007 when the new modern terminal, the first of this size in Albania was inaugurated at “MOTHER TEREZA” International Airport, in Rinas.
