CCIT AWARDS 2024

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tirana (CCIT) hosted CCIT AWARDS 2024 ceremony, dedicated to recognizing the most successful businesses not only in the capital but also in all Albanian-speaking regions. The event was attended by notable figures including the Speaker of the Assembly Lindita Nikolla, Minister of Economy Blendi Gonxhja, Minister of Justice Ulsi Manja, and MP/Vice Mayor of Tirana Andi Seferi.

The Deputy Mayor emphasized the role of business as the engine of the country’s economic development. ‘It’s heartwarming to see representatives of various businesses eager to participate in this meeting. I’ve been part of this celebration on multiple occasions, and what I’d like to convey is that together, we’ve navigated through challenging years – pandemic years, earthquake years. However, this marks the first time in 127 years that we are concluding a year with success. This success is a result of the collective efforts of everyone involved, including the parliament, the government, the local government, but the lion’s share of credit goes to the business community. On behalf of the Municipality of Tirana, I express heartfelt gratitude to all of you because each of you has contributed to the success that resonates throughout the capital,’ declared Andi Seferi.

In his acceptance speech for the Best International Brand Award, Ylli Ujka expressed that this recognition signifies an ongoing commitment to quality, elevated standards, and innovation. “This award brings forth a profound sense of happiness and pride within our business history. It goes beyond being a mere acknowledgment of X-One company’s efforts; it symbolizes the appreciation for the dedication and passion we’ve poured into every step of this journey. This assessment serves as a compass for our continuous pursuit of quality, higher standards, and innovation. Success is not an individual endeavor; it’s the outcome of teamwork. Hence, I am immensely grateful to my daily colleagues and the exceptional team with whom we’ve faced numerous challenges, emerging stronger than ever,” declared Ylli Ujka.

Talat Xhaferi, the Albanian politician in North Macedonia, was also honored with an award from CCT AWARDS. Expressing gratitude, he stated, “Thank you for this recognition. I will share this appreciation not only with my family but also with the administrative staff I’ve worked with for two decades. Their dedication has played a pivotal role in the successful execution of my duties.”

At the ‘CCIT Awards,’ 35 businesses from across all Albanian territories were recognized for their outstanding achievements and the value they bring to the market. Given their crucial role in promoting economic growth, it is only fitting to honor the best among them for their significant contribution to the country’s development.

The event saw the participation of senior representatives from Albanian, Kosovo, and North Macedonian state institutions, as well as prominent figures in education, business, and culture.
