A symphonic instrumental concert with music by Beethoven will be given to the public by the Opera House in Tirana. The theater Director, Abigela Voshtina, pianist Etrita Ibrahimi and artistic director, Jakopo Sipari will take off their official suits to go on stage on April 2. It will be tribute to Beethoven’s music through the performance of one of his most important symphonies and the famous triple concerto for piano, violin and cello.

“As the title of the concert says itself, it is entirely dedicated to Beethoven’s music. In the first part, we will perform his famous triple concerto with piano, violin and cello, while in the second part we will perform Beethoven’s seventh symphony too,” says Abigela Voshtina, Director of National Theater of Opera and Ballet House.

“The concert will be on the second of April directly after the Catholic Easter, those who have not moved or those who will return will want to listen to a Beethoven cycle,” says the pianist Etrita Ibrahimi.

This concert will also bring the Italian cellist Jakopo Sipari on stage, who will share his emotions.

“Albania is a new country for me that I had not visited before as it is about a different culture from other countries I have been to. I am sure that the audience will be very welcoming and loving, and even more so when it comes to Beethoven,” said cellist Jakopo Sipari.

The symphony concert will be held on the evening of April 2 at the Opera and Ballet National Theatre stage.
