Vlora has launched cultural events ahead of International Museum Day, marked on May 18.

Students and teachers from “Rilindja” (Renaissance) School visited the Vlora Historical Museum. The event took place in cooperation with the Regional Directorate of Cultural Heritage in Vlora.

The visit aimed to strengthen students’ connection with national history and raise awareness about preserving cultural heritage.

Students explored different periods of Albanian history, from Antiquity to modern times. They viewed objects, documents, and rich exhibitions displayed in the museum.

Museum specialists guided the visit with clear and age-appropriate explanations. The children enjoyed a special learning experience outside the classroom. They asked questions, showed interest, and shared their thoughts about what they learned.
