Albanian Customs announced the duty-free limits for incoming travelers. The rules apply to personal luggage only. Goods must be for personal use or gifts, not for commercial purposes.

Travelers arriving by land may bring items worth up to €300. Those traveling by air or sea have a €430 limit. For travelers under 15, the limit is €150.

Anyone carrying goods over these limits must declare them. The same applies if the goods serve a commercial purpose.

In such cases, travelers follow the Simplified Declaration procedure.
