“KoKo FEST” Brings Laughter and Talent to Korçë with National Comedy Festival

The National Comedy Festival “KoKo FEST” filled the Andon Zako Çajupi Theater in Korçë during its opening nights. The festival featured three vibrant performances: “Një martesë, një divorc, një funeral” by Korçë Theater, “Çfarë pa kryeshërbëtorja?” by Elbasan’s Skampa Theater, and “Vendi më i humbur në Shqipëri” from Durrës’ Aleksandër Moisiu Theater.
Over seven consecutive nights, “KoKo FEST” will showcase the finest comedies and unique stage emotions in Korçë. Supported by the Ministry of Economy, Culture, and Innovation, the festival brings together renowned humorists, talented artists, and a lively atmosphere blending stage art with laughter.
Tonight, Kosovo’s National Theater of Prishtina will present the comedy “Art,” continuing the vibrant program.
More than just a comedy festival, “KoKo FEST” is a meeting place for Albania’s great stage artists and promising new talents shaping the future of the art.
Additionally, festival visitors can enjoy a special exhibition in the theater lobby featuring portraits of important stage figures by famed painter Roland Karanxha, “Master of Arts.” His gallery beautifully captures the elegance of the stage and the power of brushstrokes, offering emotional highlights to the festival and its audience.
