The Cloud Festival has already become an emblem of combining the contemporary with the traditional, where a special place in the program, since its first edition, has been occupied by the promotion of our popular music and the unique tradition of polyphonic music.

Among the performing artists and ensembles was the Vlora Folklore Group “Bilbili”, created in 1994.

This group, which performed last night as part of the “New Festival”, in the surroundings of the Castle of Tirana, is ranked among the best, not only in Albania, but prominent in international scenes as well.

The song of the group “Bilbili” is based on the Labe polyphony of several regions of Labëria.
