Albina Kelmendi, together with her family, from Liverpool, performed on the carpet of Eurovision 2023, where she conducted a short interview with the two presenters of this event, Timur Miroshnychenko and Sam Quek, who commented on the Kelmendi family “full of color”.

Albina, who represents Albania with the song “Duje”, responded to the curiosity of the presenters, whether her appearance at Eurovision was also her grandfather’s dream.

“It was my grandfather’s dream to present Albania at Eurovision. We are very proud that we are representing Albania, which our grandfather loved so much”, commented Albina.

During the conversation, the Kelmendi family also commented on her clothing, as well as the jewelry on the dress.

“They are old Illyrian jewelry, which represented the strong Albanian woman. They are improvised. Albina, now, is representing the Albanian and Illyrian culture,” commented the Kelmendi family.

The other participating stars of Eurovision 2023 were also present in this performance.
