As part of the European integration process, the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, as co-negotiator for Chapter 19 on Social Policy and Employment, reported to the European Commission on progress in meeting social measures.

In a social media post, the Ministry emphasized that the report focused on strengthening the legal framework for alternative care, promoting gender equality, and combating violence against women.

It also highlighted the implementation of the deinstitutionalization plan, the European Child Guarantee, action plans for Roma and Egyptian communities, the National Children’s Agenda, and measures for health and safety at work.
