“My Vjosa “, a two-day activity has started in Tepelena. During the 48 hours, activities will be held, which will include a concert with classical music, a poetry evening, a book exhibition, a theater performance, a fair with various folk clothes of the province, handmade clothes, woodwork, metalwork, and more, traditional culinary products, medicinal plants, etc.

During these activities, there will be organized tours with a professional guide to key points that include cultural heritage sites such as the Peshtura Waterfall, Cold Water in the mouth of the River Drino, at the place it connects to the River Vjosa, etc.

With the support of the Ministry of Culture and the Municipality of Tepelena, a concert by the pianist and multi-instrumentalist Robert Bisha will be held too, which will be accompanied by a brass band. The concert “Home Neverland” will be held in the Castle of Ali Pasha Tepelena on Sunday evening.

In the pedestrian area on the edge of Vjosa in the city of Tepelena, there will be a “Book Corner”, a special corner dedicated to well-known poets and authors such as Petrit Ruka, Ilirjan Zhupa, Lirim Deda, Maliq Lila, Agim Shehu, Izet Cculli, Xhezo Canaj, Islam Kalemi etc.

Many of their well-known poems and other poems will be performed by well-known actors Ndriçim Xhepa, Luiza Xhuvani, Kristian Koroveshi during the poetic evening organized on this occasion.
