National Theater of Opera and Ballet Presents “Tosca” in Two Versions

Among the many events in the calendar of the National Theater of Opera and Ballet (TKOB) is the staging of the opera “Tosca” in two versions: the full-length performance and a family-friendly adaptation.
TKOB promises through its social media that the complete version of “Tosca” will be a surprise for the capital’s audience, as it has been crafted to present this opera like never before.
This masterpiece, one of Giacomo Puccini’s most renowned works, will feature the Symphony Orchestra, soloists, and the TKOB Choir, alongside the Children’s Choir, also known as the Choir of White Voices.
Internationally recognized soloists, including Saimir Pirgu and Krassimira Stoyanova, will perform, along with Amadi Lagha, returning to TKOB, and baritone Carlos Almaguer. The production will be directed by Italian director Manu Lalli, who has previously staged “Madama Butterfly” at TKOB. “Tosca” will showcase two masterful casts, including artists such as Eva Golemi, Bledar Domi, Artur Vera, Matias Xheli, Erlind Zeraliu, Genc Vozga, Erion Sheri, Rovena Xhelili, and more.
For young art lovers, a simplified adaptation is being prepared to provide an enjoyable and accessible experience for everyone. TKOB invites all families to this event, emphasizing that it is the perfect way to introduce children to the enchanting world of opera.
