“The renowned painter Vangjo Vasili has inaugurated an exhibition in the city of Pogradec, emphasized Nertil Jole, the prefect of Korçë District, who attended the opening ceremony along with other prominent figures of the city, artists, and local government leaders. He also remarked, “Pogradec, the home of famous poets and painters, has transformed into a city where artistic events are increasingly frequent, thanks in part to the special support of Mayor Ilir Xhakolli.”

“In this exhibition, we experienced Pogradec and the lake through the eyes of a painter, witnessing colorful landscapes crafted by Vasili, renowned as one of the best Albanian landscape painters,” highlights Jole.

Vangjo Vasili stands out as one of the most esteemed and prolific painters. While participating in collective exhibitions alongside other Albanian painters, he consistently showcases his creations in both personal exhibitions, within and beyond the borders of Albania.
