Party, music, dance and humor will prevail for 3 consecutive days in the streets of Shkodër, which is preparing to celebrate the Carnival.

From February 23 to 25, the alleys of Shkodër will be full of colors, celebrations and masked people dancing and singing to honor this centuries-old tradition in the city.

Prime Minister, Edi Rama too has shared footage from the preparations for the Carnival in Shkodër, inviting citizens to participate in this celebration.
