Prime Minister Edi Rama, also leader of the Socialist Party, met today with party members and local leaders in Tirana to mark the end of the year.

Rama thanked every member and activist of the Socialist Party. He expressed gratitude for their commitment. He wished health and prosperity to all their families.

He raised a heartfelt toast to all families present. He then dedicated a second toast to women and girls. He raised a third toast to supporters at every level, including those working behind the scenes in party structures.

Ogerta Manastirliu, the Socialist Party’s political leader for Tirana, also addressed the gathering. She said the event was a moment to wish one another a successful year ahead. She extended wishes to the citizens of Tirana and all of Albania. She expressed hope, energy, and confidence that the New Year will be a very good one, with the best still to come.
