Prime Minister Edi Rama invited the citizens to become part of the activities that are on the agenda of the International Cultural Weeks, which for 7 consecutive days will be dedicated to British culture.

“Albania welcomes the world. Be part of the United Kingdom’s Culture Week until September 10, where Albania hosts, among many activities, the country of a great culture,” writes Prime Minister Rama on social networks.

The UK Culture Week was preceded by the Azerbaijan Culture Week, where, among other things, the performance of the State Chamber Orchestra of Azerbaijan, “Gara Garayev”, stood out.

“International Cultural Weeks” are conceived as a mosaic of cultural activities, where each week will be dedicated to a country. After a break during the summer season, this activity starts again and its focus is the promotion of values and the exchange of experiences.

Over 700 artists are part of this year’s program, among them, well-known names of the international arena.

This year’s second edition ends on November 30, 2023.
