Vlora will turn into Albania’s art capital on August 31. Kanina Castle will host a grand concert by the Albanian Radio and Television (RTSH) Symphony Orchestra.

The Italian maestro Jacopo Sipari will direct the performance. He promises an unforgettable evening where music meets history in a Mediterranean setting. Albanian stars Ermonela Jaho, Saimir Pirgu, and Timo Flloko will join the orchestra. They will bring emotion and prestige to the stage.

Sipari expressed excitement about the collaboration. “This is my first time working with the RTSH Orchestra. It is a great honor because I believe Albanian musicians hold a deep passion and love for music. That passion enriches both performers and audiences. Together we will deliver a concert that the public will always remember,” he said.

He also praised the artistic vision of Vera Grabocka, who organized the event. According to him, the choice of Kanina Castle makes the concert unique. “The location combines natural beauty, history, and the artistry of musicians and soloists. The program blends song and music in an extraordinary way,” Sipari added.

The conductor highlighted his admiration for the guest artists. “Ermonela Jaho and Saimir Pirgu are world-class performers who raise Albania’s name everywhere. And what can I say about Timo Flloko? He is one of the great actors, a figure who reminds me of masters of Italian cinema,” he said.
