Shkodra has been selected as the filming location for the official commercial of the prestigious brand Honda. A world-class film and advertising crew is currently working on the project in the city.

Mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, met today with Oscar-nominated producer Harvey Ascott and producer Besnik Krapi. The two producers are in Shkodra to develop this major international production.

“It was an inspiring meeting,” said Mayor Beci. “We discussed Shkodra’s potential as a unique destination for global film and advertising productions.”

During the meeting, participants highlighted the city’s natural landscapes, cultural heritage, and authenticity as key factors that attracted the international production team.

Moreover, this project places Shkodra under the global spotlight. It opens new doors for future film and media collaborations. At the same time, it promotes the city as an emerging hub for creative industries and international investment.
