The “Spring Evening” concert will take place tonight at the Opera and Ballet Theater, organized by the Artistic High School “Jordan Misja” and the “National Choreographic School”.

After several decades, with the support of the municipality of Tirana, the two main artistic schools of Albania bring back the spirit of artistic cooperation, inspiring and motivating the new generations through artistic practice on stage.

Over 200 students and teachers have been engaged in a repertoire of serious national and international music.

This concert is also a tribute to the past generations of teaching artists, who with passion, work and love for art, created the long-standing tradition of passing on knowledge, since the founding of these schools.

The Symphony Orchestra and Choir is composed of students and teachers of the “Jordan Misja” Artistic Lyceum, with soloists Alba Metaj (violin), Etleva Kolnikaj (piano), Edlira Novaku Gjoni (cello), Erjana Riza (piano), Lorian Deda (baritone) and Albana Bajraktari (soprano) under the direction of the Liceu conductors, Mira Sulejmani, Besa Kacinari and Andi Kongo.

The choreographic numbers will be performed by the students of the “National Choreographic School” with soloists Eskiejda Allka, Mirjan Llapushi, Bianka Skënderi, Graciela Sallaku, Wendy Xhixha, Floresida Hida, Ester Koni and Justin Deda.

The choreographies were created by Blerina Arbana, Joli Eleni Gjovreku, under the supervision of the director of the “National Choreographic School” Blerina Arbana.

The artistic direction of the concert is under the care of Etleva Kolnikaj, director of the “Jordan Misja” Artistic High School.

The concert will take place tonight at 19:00 at the Opera and Ballet Theatre.
