Tea app, Kumbaro: Tourism and cultural activities continue unabated from north to south

The summer tourism event calendar is once again harmonized this year in the TEA app — Tourism Events of Albania.
Today, the Minister of Tourism and Environment, Mirela Kumbaro, invited everyone to download the app to ensure they don’t miss any of the tourist activities taking place across the country.
“From north to south, art and cultural tourism activities continue non-stop. From Tirana to Prespa, from Shkodra to Gjirokastër — festivals, exhibitions, theater, and music come together in a vibrant calendar that showcases the creative spirit of both Albanian and international artists,” Kumbaro said.
Appealing to citizens to install the app, Kumbaro added, “Through TEA, the guide to events all over Albania, you can experience the very best of cultural and artistic happenings.”
Minister Kumbaro also highlighted some of the activities scheduled for May and June nationwide, including:
-
“The Cloud Festival,” May 21–31 at Reja in Tirana;
-
The 4th edition of the international “Tempo” competition, May 22–25;
-
The Monodrama Festival, May 29 – June 4 in Tirana;
-
Aulona Inter Folk Festival, May 23–25 in Vlora;
-
“Come to Prespa,” May 31;
-
Vjosa n’Fest, May 23–24;
-
Vjosa Art, May 21–31;
-
“Cherry on Art and Heritage” in Maliq;
-
Shkodra Art Residence, May 25–31, among others.
The TEA app, Albania’s only digital tourism guide, is an excellent example of how technology can be used to enhance and modernize the tourist experience by providing fast, accurate, and tailored information for visitors.
Since its launch, the app has enabled tourists to enjoy a richer and easier experience exploring the country’s tourist destinations.
The app is available for free on the Apple Store and Play Store and is a project of the Ministry of Tourism and Environment and the National Tourism Agency.
