Starting today, the British Week in Albania begins under the theme “Partners for Progress.”

This week-long festival celebrates the close relationship between Albania and the United Kingdom through a dynamic program of culture, innovation, and collaboration.

According to JKN, this vibrant program illustrates how the two countries are working together as “partners for progress,” fostering mutual understanding, shared learning, and creative exchange.

British Week will continue until September 22. The program includes conferences, exhibitions promoting local innovation, discussions with renowned director Mike Figgis, a performance in Skanderbeg Square, and the “Freedom and Transformation Festival” featuring writers Lea Ypi, Sir Noel Malcolm, and Misha Glenny, addressing topics ranging from shared history to human rights.
