The Ministry of Culture opened the call for cultural projects for 2023.

The call is based on the policies of the Albanian government for culture, to enliven the artistic life, with a special focus during the tourist season, as well as to promote the material and non-material cultural heritage.

This call aims to support projects that are developed in Albania. This year, festivals, projects that promote cultural heritage through technology, creative industries, publications related to the promotion of heritage and our country, will be supported.

The Ministry of Culture’s program for Art and Heritage 2023 will provide concrete support to the creative industries in the country, highlighting all cultural sectors, aiming to support the independent artistic scene, improve artistic quality, promote their productions and facilitate access to innovative financing mechanisms.

The submitted project-proposals must be realized within the budget year, which means that the proposed activities must take place within the period March-November 2023.

The call for project proposals will remain open until February 25, 2023.
