Spanish Cultural Week leads this week’s cultural program. It brings Mediterranean energy through dance, cinema, literature, and cuisine.
On November 4, 5, and 6, the “Agimi” Art Center screens three Spanish films. Viewers will dive into intense stories with En los márgenes by Juan Diego Botto, Cien años de perdón by Daniel Calparsoro, and Ventajas de viajar en tren by Aritz Moreno. These films push emotions, confront social tension, and highlight human struggle.
On November 3, 4, and 5, the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet stages La Sylphide. Dancers bring one of the most poetic classical ballets to life on stage.
The National Theatre also brings Shakespeare’s As You Like It to the public. The play runs from November 4 to 9 at ArTurbina. Audiences already show strong enthusiasm for this production.
The “Hermon Madhi” Gallery at the Artistic Lyceum continues to display Ilir Kaso’s exhibition, “A Retrospective in Six Lessons.” Visitors can explore his creative journey through six themed lessons.
Children step into a magical world this weekend with The Jungle Book. The show celebrates courage, friendship, and imagination. It runs on November 7, 8, and 9 at the Puppet Theatre in Tirana.
