“The magical Choral Fantasy by Beethoven and Mozart’s final Requiem will inaugurate the opening of a brilliant artistic season,” promises the National Theater of Opera and Ballet (TKOB) as it embarks on a new artistic chapter.

Two masterpieces of classical music from two composers with extraordinary influence on the classical art form will greet the Albanian audience at the start of the season.

Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy is recognized as one of his most beautiful compositions, serving as a precursor to his Ninth Symphony, while Mozart’s Requiem, his final composition, immerses us in a profound mystery.

The audience will have the opportunity to witness piano virtuoso Ivo Gjika, along with soloists, the choir, and the orchestra of TKOB, under the baton of maestro Jacopo Sipari di Pescasseroli.
