The National Center for Books and Reading presented the jury for the “Literary Translation Fund from Albanian to Foreign Languages.” The jury is composed of translator Erion Kristo, translator Maklena Nika, and scholar Ben Andoni.

The “Literary Translation Fund from Albanian to Foreign Languages” was launched by the National Center for Books and Reading to support Albanian authors and the translation and promotion of their works abroad. On this occasion, the NCBL also reminded that applications for this call are open until March 31, 2025.

The book translation fund targets all foreign publishers wishing to publish Albanian authors in their respective languages. The call is not limited only to literary works but is also open to any work that represents a value in Albanian culture, historiography, literature, or studies.
