Blendi Gonxhja, the Minister of Economy, Culture, and Innovation, extended a special thanks to the talented artists of the National Theatre of Opera, Ballet, and the Folk Ensemble.

“A heartfelt thanks to our talented artists. You are the best ambassadors of our culture and heritage, proving that tradition and art remain the cornerstones of our national identity,” wrote Gonxhja on social media.

The minister’s praise followed the performances by the artists at the ITB Berlin Tourism Fair, where he noted that Albania’s participation highlighted the country’s vast cultural and tourism potential.

Gonxhja emphasized that the success at the fair wouldn’t have been possible without the captivating performances of the Opera and Ballet Theatre’s Artistic Ensemble and the National Folk Songs and Dances Ensemble, with support from the Ministry of Economy, Culture, and Innovation.

“Through their extraordinary performances, they not only showcased Albanian art and tradition to an international audience but also created a unique atmosphere that allowed the true Albanian spirit to resonate in the heart of Europe,” Minister Gonxhja wrote.
