On World Book Day, a global celebration of reading and the power of the written word, the National Book and Reading Center (QKLL) organized the event “Poets for Poets” featuring poets Mimoza Ahmeti and Rita Petro.

QKLL hosted several activities for this “book celebration”:
– Author’s Corner with children’s author Rudina Çupi
– The Power of Words with moderator Carlo Pellicano
– A Rose for Love – A Book Forever
– The Literature We Live, a meeting with seven Albanian writers

The program also includes a meeting in Prishtina at “Dukagjini” bookstore. Writer Ag Apolloni and QKLL director Alda Bardhyli will discuss writing as a spiritual and universal act.

“Books are not just a collection of pages. They are a journey through thoughts, emotions, and dreams. Through books, we travel through time, visit unseen places, and live stories that shape our minds and souls,” wrote QKLL on its website.
