The French Embassy in Albania, in collaboration with the National Center for Books and Reading (NCBR), has announced a call for Albanian publishers with plans to publish works of French-language authors in Albanian for the years 2025-2026.

Publishers are invited to submit their projects for the 2025 publishing support program. The deadline for submission is May 22, 2025, by midnight. Applications should be sent to both of the following email addresses: [email protected] and [email protected].

Results of the call for projects will be announced by June 12, 2025.

Priority will be given to children’s and youth books, award-winning works, and essays in social and human sciences, particularly on environmental and European issues.

This initiative is part of the strong partnership between the French Embassy and the National Center for Books and Reading (NCBR), as stated in the embassy’s online announcement.
