Tirana, November 24 – Albania’s foreign minister Elisa Spiropali met Croatian President Zoran Milanović in Zagreb. The meeting centered on Albania’s EU path and Croatia’s strong support for a faster accession process.

Spiropali highlighted Croatia’s political and technical backing for Albania during the negotiations. She pointed to Croatia’s own experience in the EU as proof that steady reforms and active diplomacy deliver results, and she underlined Albania’s commitment to the same route.

Milanović noted Albania’s contribution to regional peace and security and stressed the value of the partnership between the two countries.
