For the first time, Shkodra is hosting the National Humor Festival, an event poised to become a cherished tradition, bringing joy to art and humor enthusiasts.

The festival has generated immense public interest, with special attention from Shkodra’s mayor, Benet Beci. The mayor met with the local acting troupe, pledging full support for the event, which is expected to be a resounding success.

From December 11 to 15, the “Migjeni” Theater will transform into a hub of laughter and artistic creativity, showcasing some of Albania’s most renowned humorists.
