TIRANA, February 25 – Albania’s Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi paid an official visit to the French Senate in Paris, where he received institutional honors. French Senate President Gerard Larcher and senators welcomed him from the Senate’s Honor Gallery during the plenary session.

Afterward, Peleshi held a meeting with Larcher, focusing on Albania’s path toward European Union integration. In a social media post, Peleshi stated that France supports Albania in its integration process. He described France as a steadfast supporter of Albania’s European integration and an important partner for the country.
