TIRANA, March 6 – On Friday, March 6, seven newly appointed ministers took their oath of office before President Bajram Begaj at the Palace of Brigades.

The cabinet changes were announced earlier by Prime Minister Edi Rama following a meeting of the Socialist parliamentary group. After being decreed by the President and receiving parliamentary approval, the ministers formally swore their oaths, completing the official procedure.

The new ministers are:

• Albana Koçiu – Deputy Prime Minister
• Ferit Hoxha – Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs
• Besfort Lamallari – Minister of Internal Affairs
• Toni Gogu – Minister of Justice
• Enea Karakaçi – Minister of Infrastructure and Energy
• Ermal Nufi – Minister of Defense
• Erjona Ismaili – Minister for Relations with Parliament

Following the ceremony, the ministers officially assumed their roles and are expected to begin their duties immediately.
