TIRANA, May 14 – Albanian Eurovision representative Alis held his final rehearsal on the main stage in Vienna on Wednesday ahead of the second semi-final. He performed the song “Nan” and prepared for his bid to reach the Eurovision Song Contest final.

Turning to preparations, Alis received a warm welcome from fans before the rehearsal. He was accompanied by the Albanian delegation, which followed the preparations at the arena in the Austrian capital.

Meanwhile, Eurovision Song Contest rules strictly prohibit voting from within the country represented on stage. As a result, qualification depends on votes from audiences abroad.

The diaspora remains a key factor for Albania’s qualification. Support from Albanian communities abroad is therefore considered crucial during the performance.

In addition, voting instructions explain how to support Albania in the second semi-final. Viewers will be able to vote for Alis and the song “Nan” during the live televote later in the evening.

Participants in countries competing in the second semi-final can vote by sending code 13 to the designated telephone number provided by their national broadcaster.

Viewers in non-participating countries can also vote. They can use the official platform esc.vote to cast votes online from anywhere in the world.

The Eurovision Song Contest is broadcast live by Albanian Radio and Television on RTSH 1 HD, RTSH Muzikë and Radio Tirana 1. Organisers confirm that this year’s show is hosted by Victoria Swarovski and Michael Ostrowski.
