Tonight, the “Opera on Tour” project of the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet presents in Vlora, the city of the flag and independence, an evening dedicated to the music and distinguished Albanian composers who brought Albanian films to life.

This event brings together soloists Etrita Ibrahimi, Renisa Laçka, Gerald Murrja, and Biorn Hoxha, accompanied by the Choir and Symphony Orchestra of the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet under the direction of Maestro Dritan Lumshi.

The artists of NTOB will perform the “Kinostudio” concert along Vlora’s Lungomare. Albanian film music such as “Lulëkuqet mbi mure” (Red Poppies on the Walls), “Përtej mureve të gurta” (Beyond the Stone Walls), “Mëngjese lufte” (Morning of War), and “Pylli i lirisë” (Forest of Freedom) will be featured.

“Opera on Tour” has previously organized concerts that have enriched the public with a diverse musical program. This forthcoming performance by the artists of the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet will take place in the coastal city, currently attracting an increased number of tourists.
