Prime Minister Edi Rama has issued an invitation today urging citizens to join the upcoming “Zâ Fest” event scheduled for July 18-19-20 in Shkodër.

“Zâ Fest,” an artistic initiative conceived by the esteemed singer-songwriter Vlashent Sata, will mark its eighth edition this year in Shkodër, renowned for its vibrant cultural scene.

Prime Minister Edi Rama shared a promotional video across social media platforms, introducing this cultural extravaganza that will feature performances by both local and international artists over three nights.

“Zâ Fest” aims to celebrate and promote the rich traditions, values, and cultural heritage of Shkodër. Previously held in Theth, the festival has attracted a large number of visitors.

This year, the festival will spotlight the city itself, with a special focus on the historic Rozafa Castle.
